Regular full time eligible employees 21 years of age or older may participate in the plan as of date of hire. You can enroll anytime at https://participant.empower-retirement.com/. You may rollover money from a prior employer’s tax-qualified plan into The Liberty Company 401(k) Plan. The company match is 50% of the employee contributions up to $3000 maximum annually for eligible employees. You are 100% vested in the company after 4 years.
